From any location in Eastern Kansas, drive towards US-56 W. If you're starting near Lawrence, take I-70 W and exit onto US-56 W at the exit for US-81 S toward Salina. Continue on US-56 W until you reach the junction with KS-141. Turn left onto KS-141 S and follow the road until you reach Marquette. Once in Marquette, follow the signs to Horsethief Rd. Turn onto Horsethief Rd, and Kanopolis Lake State Park will be located at 200 Horsethief Rd, Marquette, KS 67464.
