If you're driving, start by getting onto I-70 E from your current location in Eastern Kansas. Continue on I-70 E for about 30 miles. Take exit 405 for I-470 S toward Topeka. Merge onto I-470 S and continue for about 40 miles. Take exit 13B to merge onto I-35 N toward Kansas City. After about 60 miles, take exit 234A for I-70 E toward St. Louis. Continue on I-70 E for about 15 miles until you reach exit 9B for I-670 E toward St. Louis. Follow I-670 E for about 5 miles, then merge onto I-70 E again for about 6 miles. Take exit 1B for US-71 N toward St. Joseph. Continue on US-71 N, which will turn into I-49 N. After about 10 miles, take exit 3B to merge onto I-470 E. Continue for 5 miles, then take exit 12B for MO-350 E. Follow MO-350 E for about 10 miles, then take exit 10A for US-50 E. Continue for another 3 miles and take the exit toward E 93rd St. The Santa Fe National Historic Trail Marker 1913 will be located at 6601 E 93rd St, Kansas City, MO 64138.
