From the Emporia Transit Center at 700 W 6th Ave, take the Blue Line bus towards the South Side. Get off at the stop at 14th Ave and Merchant St. Walk east on Merchant St for about 0.2 miles, and the Schmidt Museum-Natural History will be on your left at 1320 Merchant St.
Bicycle

If you prefer to cycle, start from the Emporia State University campus. Head south on Union St until you reach 6th Ave. Turn left and continue heading east. After about 0.5 miles, turn right onto Commercial St. Continue south until you reach 14th Ave, then turn left onto Merchant St. The Schmidt Museum will be on your right at 1320 Merchant St.
