Getting There

  • Public Transit - Bus

    From Country Club Plaza, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located at 47th & Broadway. You will need to take the KCATA bus route 51 (the 'Broadway' line). Board the bus heading northbound. Stay on the bus for approximately 15-20 minutes until you reach the '3rd & Grand' stop in downtown Kansas City. After getting off, walk east along Grand Avenue for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with River Front Drive. Turn right on River Front Drive, and you will find Berkley Riverfront at 1298 River Front Dr. Note: The bus fare is $1.50, and you can pay with exact change or use a transit card.

  • Public Transit - Streetcar

    From Country Club Plaza, walk to the nearest bus stop and take the KCATA route 51 to '3rd & Grand' as mentioned above. Once you arrive at '3rd & Grand', transfer to the Kansas City Streetcar at the 'City Market' station. Ride the streetcar heading southbound for a couple of stops. Get off at the 'Union Station' stop, then transfer to the 'River Market' stop. From there, it is just a short walk to Berkley Riverfront, located at 1298 River Front Dr. The total fare for the bus is $1.50, and the streetcar is free to ride.

    If you prefer to walk, it is about a 3-mile journey from Country Club Plaza to Berkley Riverfront. Start by heading north on Broadway Boulevard, then take a left onto 47th Street. Continue straight until you reach Main Street and turn right. Walk along Main Street until you reach the Missouri River, and then follow the riverbank east until you arrive at Berkley Riverfront at 1298 River Front Dr. This walk may take around 1 hour, so wear comfortable shoes and enjoy the sights along the way.

  • Bike Rental

    Another option is to rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing services available in Country Club Plaza. After renting a bike, head north on Broadway Boulevard, then follow the route similar to the walking directions. This will take you approximately 20-30 minutes to reach Berkley Riverfront.
