From the Crossroads Arts District, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at 19th St & Wyandotte St. Board the KCATA Route 51 bus towards 'North Kansas City'. The fare is $1.50, and you can pay with exact cash or a transit card. Stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop at 12th St & Oak St. From there, walk east for 3 blocks until you reach City Hall at 414 E 12th St, where the Landmarks Commission is located.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations in the Crossroads Arts District. Locate a nearby station, such as the one at 18th St & Walnut St. Rent a bike using the bike-sharing app or kiosk. Cycle east on 18th St for two blocks, then turn left onto Oak St and continue north. City Hall is located at 414 E 12th St. Please note that you will need to return the bike to a designated station once you arrive.
