Getting There

    From the Konza Prairie Biological Station, head east on Konza Prairie Lane until you reach the intersection with U.S. Highway 177. Turn left onto U.S. Highway 177 northbound. Continue on U.S. Highway 177 for approximately 5 miles until you reach the exit for Manhattan. Take the exit and merge onto Kimball Ave. Continue straight on Kimball Ave for about 1 mile, and CiCo Park will be on your right. Look for the park entrance marked with signs.

    If you prefer public transportation, start by walking to the nearest bus stop along U.S. Highway 177. Look for the Flint Hills Area Transportation Agency (FHATA) bus service that runs to Manhattan. Once on the bus, stay alert for the stop at Kimball Ave. It should take approximately 30-40 minutes to reach the stop. After disembarking, walk about 0.5 miles south on Kimball Ave, and you will find CiCo Park on your left.
