From downtown Manhattan, locate the nearest bus stop for the Riley County Public Transit service. Take the bus route that heads towards the Westloop area. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop closest to Konza Prairie. The bus will drop you off at a stop near the intersection of Anderson Ave and Seth Child Rd. From there, walk south on Seth Child Rd until you reach the entrance to Konza Prairie Biological Station, which is located at 100 Konza Prairie Ln.

Start from the Manhattan City Park and head east on Poyntz Ave. Continue straight onto 3rd St, then turn left onto N Manhattan Ave. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Claflin Rd. Turn right and continue south until you reach Anderson Ave. Turn left on Anderson Ave and continue until you see the entrance to Konza Prairie Biological Station on your right at 100 Konza Prairie Ln.

If you are near Kansas State University, start at the main entrance and head east on Anderson Ave. Continue straight for approximately 2 miles, crossing over the highway.
