From Marais des Cygnes, head south on Main St toward E 1st St. Continue on this road for about 5 miles until you reach the intersection with US-69. Turn left onto US-69 S and continue for approximately 10 miles. Take exit 200 for KS-152 toward Lacygne and merge onto KS-152 W. After about 5 miles, turn right onto 381th St. Isinglass Estate will be on your left at 16241 381th St, Lacygne, KS 66040.
