If you're driving from any location in Southeast Kansas, take US-400 East until you reach I-35 North. Merge onto I-35 North and continue to follow the signs for Kansas City. As you approach the city, take the exit for I-70 East. Continue on I-70 East and then take exit 3B for State Line Rd. Keep left at the fork and follow signs for State Line Rd. The Alexander Majors Historic Museum & Barn will be on your left at 8201 State Line Rd, Kansas City, MO 64114. There is generally street parking available.
