From the center of Dodge City, take US-400 E towards Cimarron. Continue on US-400 E for about 35 miles. Merge onto US-50 E and drive for another 50 miles. Take the exit for US-83 N towards Garden City. Drive north on US-83 N for around 30 miles, then take the exit onto I-70 E. After approximately 50 miles, take the exit for US-73 N towards Atchison. Follow US-73 N for about 20 miles, then turn onto 314th Rd. The Independence Creek: Lewis and Clark historical site will be located at 19918 314th Rd, Atchison, KS 66002. Parking is available on-site.
