Take US-63 S to Missouri. Continue on US-63 S to Springfield, MO. After entering Springfield, take exit 80B for US-65 S. Merge onto US-65 S and continue until you see signs for W Marcella Dr. Follow the signs to W Marcella Dr and the Trail of Tears will be on your left.
