From Big Almaty Lake, head east on the road that leads out of the lake area. Continue straight until you reach the main highway, then turn left onto the highway (A2). Follow the highway for approximately 15 kilometers. Take the exit towards Almaty city center (E40). Continue straight on this road, and you'll see signs directing you to Auezov District. Use your GPS or map application to guide you to the address 6VG3+HWX, Almaty 050000. Parking is available at Family Park, but be aware that there may be a parking fee.

From Big Almaty Lake, you can take a taxi or a rideshare service to the nearest bus stop. You will need to request a taxi to the 'Auezov District' area in Almaty. Once you reach the district, look for bus number 27 or 12 which goes towards Family Park. Make sure to have cash handy to pay the bus fare, which is typically around 100 KZT. Get off at the stop closest to 6VG3+HWX, and you will find Family Park within a short walking distance.
