To reach Burana Tower via public transportation, take a bus from Almaty to Bishkek (the journey takes around 3-4 hours). Then, from the Bishkek bus station, catch a local marshrutka (minibus) heading to Tokmok. The fare for the bus from Almaty to Bishkek is approximately 1,500 KZT (around $3.50), and the marshrutka from Bishkek to Tokmok costs around 100 KZT (less than $1).
