Car
If you are driving from the city of Semey, head west on the A24 highway towards the town of Ayagoz. Continue on this road for approximately 350 km until you reach the A1 highway. From there, take the A1 highway heading south. After around 200 km, you will need to take a turn towards the town of Kurchatov. Follow the signs and local maps to continue towards the Navoiy Region, Uzbekistan. The Qozoqtov Tog`lari is located in the Navoiy Region, approximately 60 km southwest of Kurchatov. Make sure to check your GPS as you get closer to the coordinates 41.224722, 65.230278.

Public Transportation
From Semey, take a bus heading to Ayagoz. This trip will take about 5 hours. Once in Ayagoz, you can catch a local bus or taxi heading towards Kurchatov. This portion of the journey may take another 3-4 hours. Upon reaching Kurchatov, you will need to hire a taxi or arrange for a local guide to take you to the Qozoqtov Tog`lari, as public transport may not service this remote area directly. The taxi fare for the last leg can vary, so be prepared to negotiate the price.
