  If you are traveling by car, start from the nearest major town, which is Kyzylorda. From Kyzylorda, head northwest on the A-4 highway. Follow the signs towards the Kyzylkum Desert. After approximately 150 kilometers, take the exit towards the Kyzylkumsky Canal, which is located at latitude 41.7325453 and longitude 67.9521922. The canal is well-marked, and you will find a dirt road leading directly to it. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for off-road conditions, as the terrain can be rugged.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Kyzylkumsky Canal using public transportation, take a bus from Kyzylorda to the nearest village near the desert, such as Baikonur. The bus ride will take around 3-4 hours and costs approximately 1,500 KZT. From Baikonur, you will need to hire a taxi to take you to the canal, which is about 20 kilometers away. Taxi fares can vary, but expect to pay around 3,000 to 5,000 KZT. It’s advisable to negotiate the fare before starting your journey.
