From the main entrance of the Khan Shatyr Entertainment Center, head north towards Nurzhol Boulevard. Once you reach Nurzhol Boulevard, turn left and walk along the boulevard. The Singing Fountain is located about 500 meters down the road on your right. Look for the large open area where the fountain is situated, and you will see it easily from the pathway.

If you prefer to take public transportation, exit Khan Shatyr and walk to the nearest bus stop located on Nurzhol Boulevard. Take bus number 2 or number 30, which both stop close to the Singing Fountain. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the next departure. After a short ride of around 5 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Singing Fountain'. The fountain is just a short walk from the bus stop.
