From the central area of Old Town, start at the iconic 'Baiterek Tower' which is a prominent landmark. Head east towards 'Abylai Khan Avenue' and continue walking straight. After about 500 meters, you'll reach the intersection with 'Ahmeta Bajtursynova Street'. Turn right onto Ahmeta Bajtursynova Street and walk for another 300 meters. Tsitadel' Razvrata is located at HighVill Block D, which will be on your left side.

From Old Town, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located near the 'Independence Palace'. Take bus number 10 or 12 heading towards 'HighVill'. Make sure to have some cash or a public transport card, as a single ticket costs approximately 80 KZT. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'HighVill' stop. Tsitadel' Razvrata is just a short walk from the bus stop; head in the direction of 'Ahmeta Bajtursynova Street' and you will find the destination on your left.
