    Locate the nearest bus stop in Old Town, which is usually on Kazakhstan Street. Take bus number 10 or 34 heading towards the Saryarka District. Ride for about 3 stops, and get off at the 'Azerbaijan Mambetov' stop. From there, walk approximately 200 meters south on Azerbaijan Mambetov Street, and you will find Arbat on your right. The bus fare is around 150 KZT.
