If you are starting from the Semey Train Station, exit the station and head southeast on Abay Avenue. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Internacionalnaya Street. Turn right onto Internacionalnaya Street and walk for about 500 meters. You will see Central Plaza on your left at Internacionalnaya St 8.

From the Semey Central Bus Station, exit the station and turn left onto Kazybek Bi Street. Walk straight for about 1.1 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Abay Avenue. Turn left onto Abay Avenue and then take the first right onto Internacionalnaya Street. Central Plaza will be approximately 300 meters ahead on your right at Internacionalnaya St 8.

If you are at the City Park (Gorodskoy Park), exit the park and head north towards Kazybek Bi Street. Turn left and walk for about 800 meters until you reach Abay Avenue.
