If you are in the center of Zhezkazgan, start by heading towards the main bus station, which is located on Aiteke Bi Street. From there, walk towards the Aiteke Bi Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Abai Street. Turn left onto Abai Street and walk for about 1 kilometer. You will see signs directing you to the local bus stop where you can catch a bus to Astana.
