After approximately 3 miles, take the exit for KY-74 E towards Pineville. Continue on KY-74 E for about 2 miles until you reach a junction. Turn right onto Jacksboro Rd and follow the signs for the Tri-State Trail. You will need to park at the designated trailhead area near J83F+69, Middlesboro, KY 40965.
