If you are driving, start from the center of Holston River Valley. Head east on Holston Valley Road towards US-11E N. In about 3 miles, turn right onto US-11E N. Continue for approximately 5 miles and take the exit toward I-40 E. Merge onto I-40 E and drive for about 6 miles. Take exit 394 for US-441 S toward Knoxville. Merge onto US-441 S. After about 2 miles, take the exit onto I-40 E toward Asheville. Continue on I-40 E for 3.5 miles and take exit 392 for US-25W N. Merge onto US-25W N and continue for about 3 miles. Finally, take the exit toward Thorngrove Pike and turn left. Historic Ramsey House will be on your right at 2614 Thorngrove Pike, Knoxville, TN 37914.
