If you are in downtown Frankfort, start at the Frankfort Convention Center located at 405 Mero St. Walk south on Mero St towards W Main St. Turn right on W Main St and walk until you reach the intersection with Capital Ave. Turn left onto Capital Ave. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles. The Floral Clock will be on your right at 700 Capital Ave, just before you reach the Capitol Building.

Take the local bus service from the Frankfort Transit Center, located at 200 E Main St. Board the bus that heads towards the Capitol area. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop closest to the Capitol Building.
