From downtown Frankfort, walk to the nearest bus stop on Main Street. Look for the Lextran bus service, specifically Route 7, which heads towards Lexington. Board the bus and enjoy the ride, which will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Keep an eye on the bus stops; you need to get off at the stop closest to Midland Avenue in Lexington. Once you disembark, walk east on Midland Avenue for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Thoroughbred Park at 100 Midland Ave.

If you're renting a bike in Frankfort, head towards the Capital Avenue. Follow Capital Avenue north until you reach the intersection with US-60.
