Public Bus
From downtown Frankfort, walk to the nearest bus stop on Main Street. Look for the Lextran bus service, specifically Route 7, which heads towards Lexington. Board the bus and enjoy the ride, which will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Keep an eye on the bus stops; you need to get off at the stop closest to Midland Avenue in Lexington. Once you disembark, walk east on Midland Avenue for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Thoroughbred Park at 100 Midland Ave.
Bicycle
If you're renting a bike in Frankfort, head towards the Capital Avenue. Follow Capital Avenue north until you reach the intersection with US-60. Turn left onto US-60 and continue until you reach the exit towards Lexington. Once you are on the path towards Lexington, follow the route that leads you to Midland Avenue. The ride will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Upon reaching Midland Avenue, turn left and ride for a few minutes until you find Thoroughbred Park at 100 Midland Ave.
Walking
If you're up for a long walk, start from the Frankfort Convention Center and head south on St. Clair Street. Take a right on Capital Avenue and follow it until you reach the intersection with US-60. Cross the highway and continue on the path towards Lexington. This walk is about 20 miles and will take around 6 hours, so ensure you have plenty of water and take breaks as needed. Once you reach Midland Avenue in Lexington, Thoroughbred Park will be on your right at 100 Midland Ave.
