Serene Lake Mead Cruises: A Nautical Adventure in Nevada

Public Transit

From the center of Henderson, walk to the nearest bus stop on Water Street and take the RTA (Regional Transportation Authority) Route 10 towards Boulder City. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Boulder City stop, which is the closest to Lake Mead Cruises. From there, walk east along Nevada Way for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Horsepower Cove. Turn left onto Horsepower Cove and walk for about 0.2 miles. Lake Mead Cruises will be on your right at 490 Horsepower Cove.

Bicycle

If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bicycle from a local rental shop in Henderson. Head west on Water Street towards Boulder City and follow the bike lanes. Continue on the road for about 10 miles, which will take you to Boulder City. Once you reach Boulder City, take a right onto Nevada Way and bike for another 0.5 miles. Turn left onto Horsepower Cove and bike for 0.2 miles until you arrive at Lake Mead Cruises, located at 490 Horsepower Cove.

Walking

If you're feeling adventurous and want to walk, start from downtown Henderson. Head south on Water Street until you reach the intersection with Lake Mead Parkway. Cross the street and continue along Lake Mead Parkway heading west. This will take you through approximately 8 miles of scenic sidewalks. When you reach Boulder City, turn onto Nevada Way and walk for about 0.5 miles. Turn left onto Horsepower Cove and continue for another 0.2 miles until you see Lake Mead Cruises at 490 Horsepower Cove.
