    Start your journey at the nearest TARC bus stop. If you're in downtown Louisville, look for the TARC bus stop at 4th & Jefferson. Take Bus Route 23 towards 'Westport Road'. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes. You will need to get off at the bus stop at River Rd & Zorn Ave. From there, walk north on Zorn Ave until you reach River Rd, then turn left. The Louisville Water Tower will be on your right after a short walk.
