If you are driving, start your journey from Malindi town. Head south on the Malindi-Watamu Road (C103) for about 12 kilometers. Follow the signs for Gede Ruins as you approach Watamu. Turn left onto Gede Watamu Rd, and continue for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the entrance of Gede Ruins. Ensure you have a map or GPS application for navigation.

To reach Gede Ruins by public transportation, take a matatu (shared taxi) from Malindi town to Watamu. The journey takes about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.
