Car
If you are driving, start from Eldoret town and take the Eldoret-Kapsowar road (B2). Continue for about 40 kilometers until you reach the junction for the Iten road. Turn left onto the Iten road and drive for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the town of Iten. From Iten, follow the signs to the Ngororo cave, which is located near Muruku in the Siron area. The exact location is 4G2G+737, Muruku, Siron. Park your vehicle in a safe spot and be prepared for a short hike to the cave entrance.

Public Transportation (Matatu)
To reach Ngororo cave using public transport, take a matatu (shared taxi) from Eldoret town to Iten. The fare is usually around 100-150 KES. Once you arrive in Iten, you can hire a local boda boda (motorcycle taxi) to take you to Muruku village. This ride may cost approximately 200-400 KES. Inform the boda boda rider that you want to go to Ngororo cave, and they will know the route. The cave is located at 4G2G+737, Muruku, Siron, so make sure to confirm with the rider.

Walking
If you are already in Muruku village, you can walk to Ngororo cave. From the center of Muruku, head east along the dirt paths. The cave is about a 30-minute walk from the village center. Follow the local signs, or ask locals for directions to ensure you are on the right path. Dress appropriately for a hike, as the terrain can be uneven.
