If you're driving to Hell's Gate Tourist Information Center, start on the Moi South Lake Road (B4) from Naivasha. Continue on the B4 for about 13 kilometers. Look for the signs directing you to Hell's Gate National Park, and take the right turn onto the road leading to the park entrance. After about 5 kilometers, you will arrive at the Hell's Gate Tourist Information Center, located in Sulmac Village.

To reach Hell's Gate Tourist Information Center via public transport, take a matatu (shared taxi) from Naivasha town heading towards the national park. The fare is typically around 100-200 KES. Inform the driver you want to get off at Hell's Gate. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive, the center is a short walk from the matatu drop-off point.
