If you're traveling by car, start from Mount Longonot town. Head southeast on the Mai Mahiu - Naivasha Road (A104). Continue for about 10 kilometers until you reach the junction to Olkaria. Turn left onto the road leading to Olkaria Geothermal Spa. Follow the signs for approximately 5 kilometers until you arrive at the spa, located at 492C+GH9, Olkaria. There are no tolls on this route.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a matatu (shared minibus) from Mount Longonot to Naivasha town. The fare is approximately 100 KES per person. Upon arriving in Naivasha, find a matatu heading towards Olkaria. The fare for this leg is about 50 KES. Inform the driver you're heading to Olkaria Geothermal Spa. Once you arrive at the nearest drop-off point, it may be necessary to walk about 1 kilometer to the spa, so wearing comfortable shoes is recommended.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, consider hiring a taxi from Mount Longonot. The cost for a taxi ride to the Olkaria Geothermal Spa could range from 1,500 to 2,000 KES depending on negotiation. The driver will take you directly to the spa, and the travel time is approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
