    From the Kisumu city center, find a bicycle rental shop and rent a bicycle. Head east on Oginga Odinga Road, then turn left onto Harambee Road. Continue straight until you reach Shauri Moyo Primary School. The KWS-Kisumu Impala Sanctuary is located adjacent to the school.

  • Boda Boda (Motorcycle Taxi)

    Find a nearby boda boda stand in Kisumu. Tell the rider to take you to Shauri Moyo Primary School on Harambee Road. The sanctuary is right next to the school. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.

  • Public Bus (Matatu)

    Locate a matatu stage in Kisumu that has routes towards Shauri Moyo. Take a matatu that indicates it is going to Shauri Moyo or Kaloleni.
