If you're driving from Kitui town, take the Kitui-Tulia Road heading east. Continue for about 30 kilometers until you reach the junction leading to Tulia. Turn right and follow the road towards Tulia for approximately 5 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs leading to Ikoo Valley. Public Transportation
Start your journey by taking a matatu (shared taxi) from Kitui town to Tulia. The fare is usually around 100 Kenyan Shillings. Upon arrival in Tulia, you can either walk the remaining distance to Ikoo Valley, which is about 5 kilometers, or hire a local boda boda (motorcycle taxi) for about 200-300 Kenyan Shillings to take you directly to the valley.

If you are in Tulia and prefer a quicker option, you can hire a boda boda. Negotiate the fare beforehand; it should cost around 200-300 Kenyan Shillings. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes to reach Ikoo Valley from Tulia.
