From Lake Magadi town, take the Shompole Road heading southeast. The road is well maintained, but be cautious of any potholes. Continue on this road for approximately 8 kilometers. You will see signs indicating the direction to Okiri's Hill. Look out for a small dirt road on the right side leading to the foot of the hill. There is no entry fee required to access the hill, but you may need to park your vehicle along the road and walk the final stretch to the hill.

If you are using public transportation, find a local matatu (shared taxi) heading towards Shompole. These usually depart from the main matatu stage in Lake Magadi. Inform the driver you are going to Okiri's Hill to ensure you are dropped off at the right spot. After you get off at Shompole Road, you will need to walk about 2 kilometers to reach the base of Okiri's Hill. The walk is generally safe and offers scenic views, but ensure to follow the main road.
