If you are traveling by car within Lamu Archipelago, start from Lamu Town. Head south on the main road until you reach the junction near the Lamu Fort. Turn left onto a smaller road leading towards the coast. Continue straight for about 1 km, where you will see Masjid Riyadha & Islamic Centre on your right, marked by its distinct architecture. Parking may be limited, so look for available spaces nearby.

Public Transportation (Matatu)
To reach Masjid Riyadha & Islamic Centre using public transport, take a matatu (shared minibus) from Lamu Town. Look for a matatu that is headed towards the southern part of Lamu. The fare is typically around 50-100 KES. Inform the conductor that you want to get off near Masjid Riyadha. After about 10 minutes, disembark at the closest stop, and from there, the mosque will be a short walk (around 5 minutes) to your right.

If you are already in close proximity to the mosque, the best way to reach it is by walking. From Lamu Town, head south along the waterfront. Continue until you see the mosque on your right. It should take approximately 15-20 minutes on foot. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes as the streets can be uneven.
