Car Rental
If you have rented a car, start from your accommodation in Maasai Mara. Head southeast on the main road toward the A104 highway. Keep following the road signs toward the Mara Simba region. After about 30 minutes, you will reach a junction. Take a left turn onto the road leading to J82W+CM6. Continue driving for another 15-20 minutes, and you will arrive at Naboisho Conservancy. Be sure to watch for wildlife while driving, as the area is known for its animal sightings.
Public Transport (Matatu)
To reach Naboisho Conservancy via public transport, find a matatu (shared minibus) heading towards Mara Simba. You can catch these from various points in Maasai Mara. Once on the matatu, inform the driver that you want to get off at Mara Simba. The fare is around 500 KES per person. The journey will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. After alighting at Mara Simba, you will need to hire a local taxi or arrange for a pickup to take you to Naboisho Conservancy, which is about a 20-minute drive away. Negotiate the fare beforehand; it should be around 1,500-2,000 KES.
Safari Vehicle Transfer
Many lodges and camps in the Maasai Mara area offer transfer services to Naboisho Conservancy. If you're staying at a lodge nearby, check with your accommodation to see if they provide a safari vehicle transfer. This is often the most convenient way to travel, as the drivers are familiar with the area. The cost for this service can vary, but expect to pay around 3,000-5,000 KES per person, depending on the distance and the provider. The journey time is typically around 30 minutes.
