Walk along the main road (Lamu Road), passing by local shops and eateries. Continue straight until you reach the junction leading to the beach area. Turn right onto the beach road and follow the signs towards the Ocean Beach Resort. The sand dunes are located just beyond the resort, so follow the beach path until you reach the dunes.

If you're renting a bicycle in Malindi, start from the Malindi Town Market and ride east along the main road (Lamu Road). After about 1 km, turn right onto the beach road towards the Ocean Beach Resort. Continue cycling along the scenic coastal route, enjoying the views of the ocean. After reaching the resort, park your bicycle and walk towards the beach to access the Ocean Beach sand dunes.

Public Transport (Boda Boda)
To reach the Ocean Beach sand dunes using a Boda Boda (motorcycle taxi), find a Boda Boda stand in Malindi, preferably near the town center or Malindi Market. Inform the driver that you want to go to Ocean Beach Resort. The ride should take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the resort, walk to the beach, and the sand dunes will be nearby.
