Bicycle
From the center of Malindi, head northeast on the Malindi-Watamu road. Follow the road for about 10 kilometers until you reach Watamu. Once in Watamu, look for signs towards 'Sardinia Due'. The location is approximately 3 kilometers from the Watamu town center. Continue until you see a sign for Sardinia Due, which is located near the coordinates M3PQ+JJ.
Public Transportation (Matatu)
Head to the Malindi matatu stage located near the Malindi Bus Station. Take a matatu heading to Watamu. The ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Watamu stage, ask the conductor or locals for directions to 'Sardinia Due'. It is about a 15-minute walk from the matatu stage, heading towards the beach area, following the main road until you reach M3PQ+JJ.
Walking
If you are near the Malindi beach area, you can walk along the beach towards Watamu. It’s about a 10-kilometer walk, which will take around 2-3 hours. Follow the coastline until you reach Watamu, then ask locals for directions to Sardinia Due, which is located a short distance from the main beach area.
Taxi
You can easily hire a taxi from anywhere in Malindi. Simply ask the driver to take you to 'Sardinia Due, Watamu'. The drive should take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.
