Car
If you're driving from Mombasa Beach, head to Moi Avenue and continue straight until you reach Nkurumah Road. Turn left onto Nkurumah Road and continue for about 1.5 kilometers. Fort Jesus Museum will be on your right. Look for the large fort structure, and there is parking available nearby. Be aware that there may be a parking fee of around 200 KES.

Public Transportation (Matatu)
To reach Fort Jesus using public transportation, find a matatu (shared minibus) heading to 'Old Town' or 'Nkurumah Road'. These usually depart from various points in Mombasa Beach. Once aboard, ask the conductor to drop you off at Fort Jesus. The fare will generally be between 50 to 100 KES. After getting off, walk towards Nkurumah Road, and you will see the entrance to Fort Jesus a short distance ahead.
