To reach Fourteen Falls Adventures from Nairobi, first head to the central matatu stage, which is located at the Kencom bus station. Look for a matatu labeled 'Thika' or 'Gikambura'. Once you board, the fare is typically around KSh 50-100. The journey to Thika town will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. Upon arriving at the Thika town matatu stage, disembark and head to the main bus terminus. Look for a matatu heading to 'Kilimambogo' or 'Kangundo'. This matatu will take you closer to Fourteen Falls. The fare for this leg is about KSh 30-50 and the ride will take around 20-30 minutes. Once you reach the Kilimambogo area, ask the conductor or locals for directions to Fourteen Falls Adventures, which is a short walk from the drop-off point.

Boda Boda (Motorcycle Taxi)
If you prefer a quicker option once you reach Thika, you can take a boda boda from the Thika town matatu stage to Fourteen Falls Adventures. After disembarking from the matatu, look for boda boda riders at the stage. The fare should be around KSh 200-300 for the ride to Fourteen Falls, and it will take about 15-20 minutes.
