Walking
From Nairobi Central Business District (CBD), head towards Uhuru Park. Walk through the main entrance of Uhuru Park and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Kenyatta Avenue. Walk along Kenyatta Avenue for about 10 minutes until you reach the junction with Harry Thuku Road. Turn left onto Harry Thuku Road and continue walking for approximately 5 minutes. The Kenya Cultural Centre will be on your right, marked by a prominent sign.
Matatu
From your location in Nairobi, find the nearest matatu stage (bus stop). Take a matatu heading towards 'Westlands' or 'Parklands'. Ensure the matatu is labeled with 'Wangige' or 'Kikuyu'. Ask the conductor to drop you off at the junction of Kenyatta Avenue and Harry Thuku Road. Once you disembark, walk along Harry Thuku Road for about 5 minutes, and the Kenya Cultural Centre will be on your right.
Boda Boda (Motorcycle Taxi)
If you prefer a quicker option, you can hire a boda boda from your location. Ensure you negotiate the fare before getting on. Instruct the rider to take you to the Kenya Cultural Centre located at P.O. Box 43031 on Harry Thuku Road. The journey should take approximately 10 minutes, depending on traffic. Look out for the cultural centre on your right as you approach.
