Walking
If you are starting from the Nairobi Central Business District (CBD), head west towards Uhuru Highway. Once you reach Uhuru Highway, turn left and walk towards the Westlands area. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at Westlands. From the roundabout, take the first exit onto Waiyaki Way. After about 1 km, look for the entrance to Riverside Park on your right, marked by a sign. Enter Riverside Park and enjoy the lush surroundings.

Matatu
From the Nairobi CBD, head to the nearest matatu (shared taxi) stage. Look for matatus heading towards Westlands or Kangemi. Board the matatu and inform the driver to drop you off at the Westlands roundabout. Once you get off, walk towards Waiyaki Way (about a 5-minute walk). After about 1 km on Waiyaki Way, you will see Riverside Park on your right. Enter the park and enjoy your visit.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the bike rental shops in the CBD. Start by heading west towards Uhuru Highway, then turn left onto the highway. Cycle along the highway until you reach the Westlands roundabout. Take the first exit onto Waiyaki Way and continue cycling for about 1 km. Riverside Park will be on your right. You can park your bicycle at the entrance and enjoy the park.
