Start your journey from the center of Naivasha town. Head south towards the main road (Moi South Lake Road). Continue along this road for about 3 kilometers until you reach the junction leading to the Crater Lake area. Turn left and follow the signs pointing towards Crater Lake Game Sanctuary. The sanctuary entrance is approximately 5 kilometers down this road. Be cautious of the terrain, as some sections may be bumpy.

Begin at Naivasha Railway Station. Head south towards Moi South Lake Road. Once you reach the main road, turn right and walk along it for about 3 kilometers. Look for signs leading towards Crater Lake Game Sanctuary, which will be on your left. The sanctuary entrance is about 5 kilometers from the main road junction, so be prepared for a longer walk and carry enough water.

From Naivasha town, locate the matatu stage near the bus station. Look for a matatu heading towards Crater Lake. The fare is usually around 50-100 KES. Inform the driver you are going to Crater Lake Game Sanctuary. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. You will be dropped off at the main entrance of the sanctuary.
