Start from the Nakuru Town Centre, head west on Kenyatta Avenue. Walk straight until you reach the junction with the Moi Road, then turn right. Continue walking until you reach the Nakuru Railway Station. From there, look for a matatu (shared taxi) heading towards Menengai. Get on the matatu and inform the driver you want to go to Menengai Forest. The ride will take approximately 15 minutes.

If you prefer not to walk from the town center, you can take a matatu directly to Menengai. Head to the matatu stage located near the Nakuru Main Post Office. Look for a matatu labeled 'Menengai' or one that is headed towards the Menengai area. Once you board, it will take around 15 minutes to reach the drop-off point near the entrance of Menengai Forest. From there, you may need to walk a short distance to the entrance of the forest.
