If you are driving from Garissa, take the A12 highway towards Wajir. Continue on this road for about 150 km until you reach the junction for the B5 road. Take the B5 road towards Kabianga. After approximately 60 km, look for signs directing you to Kokwet Path. The last few kilometers will be on a smaller road, so be cautious of the conditions. Ensure you have enough fuel, as there are limited petrol stations along the route.

Public Transportation

From Garissa, board a bus or matatu heading towards Wajir. The fare is approximately 500 KES. Once you reach Wajir, transfer to a local matatu headed towards Kabianga. The fare for this leg is around 300 KES. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Kokwet Path, as it is a recognizable landmark in the area. Be prepared for possible delays and ensure you start your journey early in the day to avoid being stranded.

Bicycle
