From Garissa, head northeast on the A3 highway towards Kimu. Continue for about 60 kilometers until you reach the junction leading to Kimu. Turn left and follow the road for approximately 10 kilometers until you arrive at the Kandwia -Usueni diversion. The diversion is marked and easy to spot. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition as some sections may be rough.

Be prepared for the rural terrain and bring water for the walk.
