    Car

After approximately 40 kilometers, you will reach the turn-off to Hells Gate National Park at the town of Naivasha. Follow the signs directing you to the park entrance. The park is about 15 kilometers from the turn-off. Ensure you have enough fuel, as there are limited service stations along this route. The entrance fee is approximately KES 1,500 for adults and KES 1,000 for children.

    Public Transportation (Matatus)

    From Kisumu, you can take a matatu (shared taxi) to Naivasha. The journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Naivasha, look for matatus heading to Hells Gate National Park or ask locals for directions. The cost for the matatu from Kisumu to Naivasha is around KES 300-400. Upon reaching the park entrance, you will need to pay the entrance fee of KES 1,500 for adults and KES 1,000 for children.
