If you're driving from Kisumu city center, head east on Oginga Odinga Street and continue onto Harambee Road. Follow the road signs towards Shauri Moyo Primary School. The sanctuary entrance is located just past the school on your right. Parking is available at the sanctuary.

Public Transportation
To reach KWS-Kisumu Impala Sanctuary via public transport, start at Kisumu Bus Station. Take a matatu (shared taxi) heading towards Shauri Moyo or Kisumu East. Inform the driver you are going to the Kisumu Impala Sanctuary, and they will drop you off near Harambee Road. From there, walk a short distance to the entrance, which is next to Shauri Moyo Primary School.

If you are already in the vicinity of Shauri Moyo Primary School, you can simply walk to the sanctuary. The entrance is located right next to the school along Harambee Road. Make sure to enter the sanctuary during its operational hours, which are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on most days.
