Car
From Taita Hills, head towards Maktau town. Follow the main road (A14) and keep an eye out for the directional signs towards Lumo Community Wildlife Conservancy. Continue on this road for approximately 20 kilometers. You will see a sign indicating the entrance to Lumo Community Wildlife Conservancy. There is a small entrance fee, which usually ranges from $10 to $20 per person. Once you arrive, you can park at the visitor center.

Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, look for matatus (shared taxis) heading towards Maktau. You can catch these from various towns in Taita Hills. Once in Maktau, ask the driver to drop you off at the junction leading to Lumo Community Wildlife Conservancy. From there, it's about a 5-kilometer walk to the entrance. Alternatively, you may find boda-bodas (motorcycle taxis) that can take you the remaining distance for a small fee, typically around 100-200 KES.
