Getting There

    From the center of Taita Hills, head towards Mombasa Road. Follow the signs to Wundanyi. Once you reach Wundanyi town, continue towards Mwanda. Drive through Mwanda until you reach the coordinates H7PR+2MG. The road may be bumpy in certain sections, so drive carefully. There are no tolls on this route.

  • Public Transportation - Matatu

    From Taita Hills, take a matatu heading to Wundanyi. These can be found at the local matatu stage. The fare is usually around 100 KES. Once in Wundanyi, transfer to another matatu heading to Mwanda. The fare for this leg is approximately 50 KES. Inform the driver you are going to Vuria, and they will drop you off at the nearest point. From there, you may need to walk a short distance to reach Vuria (about 1 km).

  • Bicycle

    If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Taita Hills and ride to Vuria. Follow the same route as if you were driving.
