Walking
From the center of Gjakova, head east on 'Rruga e Dëshmorëve' towards 'Rruga Adem Jashari'. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto 'Rruga e Dajlës'. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the bus station on your right. From there, take a local bus towards 'Valbona'. The bus will take you closer to the Valbona Valley. Once you arrive at the stop for Valbona, you will need to walk a short distance to reach the entrance of the valley.

If you have rented a bicycle, start in the center of Gjakova and ride east on 'Rruga e Dëshmorëve'. Continue towards 'Rruga Adem Jashari' and head straight to the roundabout. Take the second exit onto 'Rruga e Dajlës'. Follow this road for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the bus station where you can park your bicycle securely. Then, board a local bus that goes to 'Valbona'. Disembark at the Valbona stop and ride your bicycle toward the entrance of the valley.

From your accommodation in Gjakova, walk to the nearest bus station located in the center of town. Once there, look for the bus heading towards 'Valbona'. Purchase a ticket from the bus driver or the ticket office. The bus ride will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon arrival at the Valbona stop, disembark and follow the signs to the entrance of the Valbona Valley.
